Aysha Malik is a dedicated meeting planner based in Arlington, Virginia, where she has called home for the past seven years. With a strong background in nonprofit work—including three impactful years with the National Cherry Blossom Festival—Aysha thrives in roles that blend organization, creativity, and community engagement. She currently works at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, the national service organization that represents over 900 consumer-owned, not for profit electric cooperatives across the country.

She is a proud member of the Leadership Center of Arlington’s LEAD Class of 2025, continuing to deepen her commitment to service and professional growth. Known among colleagues as both a dependable team player and the comedic relief during high-pressure moments, Aysha brings positivity, collaboration, and purpose to every project she touches.

Outside of work, Aysha enjoys Pilates, cooking, and archery, singing, and enjoying local markets and festivals. She is driven by a desire to better herself and her community—and to make every space she enters just a little brighter!
