We are currently looking for a treasurer and a bookkeeper for our 2026-2028 term. If you are interested in either of these positions please fill out this form so we can get to know you. This information will be shared only with members so we can get to know you (except where noted). Our board is a working board that meets once a month and attends additional events and activities as needed throughout the year. FOUA does not have staff and is run by a volunteer board of directors.
Treasurer (Board of Directors)

FOUA is seeking a dedicated volunteer treasurer to join our Board of Directors.
This pivotal role involves providing financial oversight and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and helping to sustain the organization’s financial health. As a voting member of the board, you will work closely with board members and our volunteer bookkeeper to develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with FOUA’s mission and values. If you possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of financial management, we invite you to make a meaningful impact by joining our team.
Per FOUA bylaws, board members must either live or work in Arlington County.
