
Audrey Morris
Before being elected to the Board in 2017, Audrey served on the FOUA Steering Committee as co-chair, and on Arlington's Urban Agriculture Task Force. Audrey coordinates the Plot Against Hunger garden at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington, and has been involved in planning the Wednesday night Garden Talks at Central Library. She coordinates the English as a Second Language program at First Presbyterian and serves as Treasurer on the ESLIM Board, the parent organization. Also at First Presbyterian she is on the Mission Team. After a career with the State of Michigan in legislative research and accounting areas, she moved to Arlington in 2009. She was a Certified Public Accountant. Audrey grew up on a Michigan dairy farm where garden vegetables, fresh or preserved for the winter, were the norm. She also is an avid reader and walker and has logged many miles on her bike.
