Arlington Friends of Urban Agriculture is happy to be part of Langston Boulevard Alliance’s first annual Earth Day Street Festival on Sunday, April 24 from noon to 5:00pm in front of the Lee Height Shops.
The Festival is a family-friendly event featuring live music, a sustainable art market, a native plant sale, environmental education exhibits, hands-on children’s activities, great food, and more!
Let’s come together as a community to celebrate the beauty and promise of our local environment and the planet. Every year, communities worldwide uplift Earth Day to mark the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement started in 1970. It reminds us all to do what we can, in ways small and significant, restore, conserve, and protect our environment. Learn more.
